Medical phalloplasty through injection is a non-surgical, intimate medical procedure. It is intended for men who wish to enlarge their private parts to better correspond to their desires.
It is available as a less invasive alternative to surgical phalloplasty, since it does not require the use of a scalpel. It does, however, provide long-lasting results that allow men to gain a few centimeters at rest, as well as with an erection.
INTRODUCTION TO PHALLOPLASTY WITH TARGETED INJECTIONS
Phalloplasty, or penoplasty, by injection requires the application of small doses of hyaluronic acid to the length and circumference of the penis in order to noticeably lengthen and thicken it. This outpatient procedure is performed under local anesthesia, without surgery. Small defects of the male anatomy are corrected, without any visible scars.
The patient can return to work on the day following the procedure. He can then be freed from “locker-room syndrome” and gain self-confidence, without anyone’s ever knowing or guessing that he has had an intimate cosmetic procedure.
THE PROCEDURE
Pleasure from intimacy is essential to the fulfillment of couples and for our patients. Before any procedure, our cosmetic medical doctor talks to you, in order to understand your complexes, your desires, and your situation. He then establishes a comprehensive diagnosis and guides you toward the procedure that best corresponds with your wishes: penoplasty by hyaluronic acid injection or by lipofilling.
If penoplasty by hyaluronic acid injection is the chosen solution, the procedure takes place in a sterile operating room in our aesthetic clinic. You or your cosmetic surgeon apply an anesthetic cream to the phallus at least 20 minutes before the procedure. As soon as the anesthetic takes effect, the practitioner diffuses the hyaluronic acid the length of the penis using a cannula. Once injected, the product is massaged until the desired result is obtained. It appears perfectly natural and lasts for 12-18 months.
POST-PROCEDURE
Sometimes minor swelling or bruising can appear at the injection sites. These naturally disappear within a few days.
Our medical aesthetic clinic’s practitioners share their advice and recommendations with you in order to help you obtain satisfying and lasting results. You will be requested to practice abstinence for a few days, to modify your physical activity and follow a cleansing regimen until the tissue stabilizes.
A follow-up visit will be arranged to ensure post-procedure care and review the results.
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO HYALURONIC ACID INJECTION TO THE MALE INTIMATE ZONE:
Contraindications to phalloplasty by hyaluronic acid injection are the following:
- Current anticoagulant treatment
- Active sexually transmitted or infectious disease
- Allergy to anesthetic products
