LIPOFILLING LABIAPLASTY

Before any intervention, an initial preoperative consultation is scheduled. It allows the cosmetic surgeon to perform a complete gynecological examination and to collect all the medical elements essential to the intervention. On this occasion, the practitioner will also study the potential of the donor areas (abdomen, saddlebags, knees, etc.) according to the quantity of fat to be taken to reshape and rejuvenate the intimate area .

The patient then receives certain preoperative instructions, including the need to stop taking nicotine for 4 weeks before and after the procedure, in order to obtain lasting and satisfactory results. Indeed, smoking affects the quality of the fat and its retention in the labia majora.

On the day of the operation, the procedure is performed on an empty stomach, under local or general anesthesia. The fat is removed, processed and then reinjected using liposuction microcannulas. The perforations are discreet and almost invisible once healed. Once the procedure is complete, the patient can return home and follow the post-operative protocol. A first follow-up visit will also be scheduled to assess the progress of the healing and to support the patient until the final result is obtained.
