YOUR EXPECTATIONS

I PRACTICE A DERMATOLOGIST PEELING, BECAUSE I WANT:
  • Deeply cleanse my skin
  • Erase imperfections
  • Reduce excess sebum and reduce acne
  • Eliminate dark spots and light scars
  • Smooth my face, back or chest
  • Get a lasting glow
Unlike exfoliation, which has a superficial action, anti-aging peeling is performed in a cosmetic clinic to exfoliate the skin in depth. This dermatological treatment is a painless procedure with a firming, toning and anti-blemish action.
The peeling in the institute drastically reduces the accumulation of dead skin, skin irregularities, microcysts, pigment spots, wrinkle furrows and acne scars. It leads to a natural rebalancing of the epidermis and a rejuvenating effect worthy of a facelift !
This procedure is recommended for men and women who wish to free their skin from all types of imperfections without a rebound effect, particularly in the case of stubborn acne on combination to oily skin.

PRESENTATION OF PEELING

Professional peeling is a targeted skin care treatment that offers remarkable results to our patients. The Dermaceutic Laboratoire range used by our dermatological aesthetic clinic has developed a type of peeling for every need, from gentle exfoliation on the superficial layers of the skin to deep treatment of acne scars and fine lines anchored in the basal layer and deep dermis.
The different peels each have their own scope of action: - Superficial peeling or gentle peeling is a quick treatment that only treats minor skin imperfections, providing a "healthy glow" effect. It does not involve social exclusion and can be performed on all skin types. - Medium peeling uses TCA acid or AHAs to treat the first signs of aging such as fine lines and pigmentation spots. It causes slight redness for a few days after the procedure. - Deep phenol peeling offers resurfacing with spectacular results. However, it requires the implementation of a specific care protocol in order to preserve the skin before the procedure, then while it regenerates.
The complete superficial to medium peeling protocol takes place in 4 sessions spaced 15 days apart. The effects of the peeling are visible from the first week and visibly improve during the 2 to 3 months following the protocol, as the dermis regenerates.

PROCEDURE OF THE ANTI-ACNE PEELING

Although sometimes presented as a simple treatment, anti-acne peeling remains an act of aesthetic medicine. An initial consultation will be carried out with a certified aesthetic dermatologist in order to analyze the right dosage, the right peel and the areas to target on the surface or in depth, on a case-by-case basis. This first consultation also allows us to rule out any contraindications before the sessions and to study the origin of your pimples, excess sebum and dilated pores.
Thanks to this first consultation, your dermatologist will be able to advise you on a tailor-made treatment protocol. A superficial peel may be proposed to treat certain light pigment irregularities, tighten pores and treat active acne, in addition to photobiomodulation sessions. The treatment of acne scars requires a more in-depth intervention with a medium peel and/or remodeling laser sessions or even hyaluronic acid injections in order to raise the deepest scars. Peels for black and matte skin also require separate preparation, in order to avoid any depigmentation phenomenon. Your dermatologist will explain all the steps and gestures to follow to ensure good preparation of your skin.
Regardless of the type of peel chosen, the procedure begins with a complete facial make-up removal. The entire face is then moistened, before applying a pre-peel. This solution will be left in place for 60 seconds in order to exfoliate the stratum corneum, the most superficial layer of the epidermis, which will enhance the effect of the peel. The peel treatment then lasts 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the thickness of the skin. The treatment ends with the application of a soothing cream that will reduce the sensations of heating or tingling. At the end of the peel, redness appears, because the skin is sensitized. It will drastically decrease during the hours following the procedure, until disappearing once the skin has regenerated.
The face is then visibly smoother, firmer, younger, more radiant, with a perfectly even complexion.

FOLLOW-UP AFTER INTERVENTION

Professional peeling exfoliates the skin of the face in depth, which sensitizes it. It is therefore essential not to expose yourself to the sun between sessions and to follow the instructions of the treatment protocol before the treatment to properly prepare your skin.
